1971 was an extremely historical year for Major League Baseball. For only the second time in the history of the sport, the Baltimore Orioles had 4 pitchers that won 20 games in a season. This ball is signed by all 4 gentlemen. All 4 of these pitchers had very accomplished careers. All 4 of these men were all-stars and World Series champions at points in their careers. Cuellar won the Cy Young award in 1969. Palmer is a 3-time Cy Young award winner and is of course enshrined in Cooperstown as a HOFer.

Jim Palmer is the only one of the 4 that is still alive. 3 of the 4 men have passed away, most recently Cuellar in 2010.
