Avengers # 273, a great storyline with the Masters of Evil, with a classic Buscema/Palmer cover. The book is third-party graded by CGC and was given a grade of (9.6 with OW/W pages). Case is in nice shape, however, production and normal handling may lead to minor issues (scuffs, scratches, Newton Rings) with the case.
