This bathroom vessel sink has a dark blue border. All the design is painted in cobalt blue over a Mexican white background. It is intended to be over-mounted. Its exterior surface is painted as well as the interior one. It has a round base (where it sits) about 6" in diameter and 1" tall, which means, the inside dimensions are about 14" by 4 1/2" deep. It doesn't have an overflow system.
