Full maroon imitation leather with gold tooled front and back covers and spine. The National Blank Book Co book 98-721, has loose leaf pages with mechanism to remove and add any pages that you wish.. An N B B Product that  measures 11 3/4" tall x 9 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" thick. 

This has pages for Minute Book, Ledger Book, Stockholder Ledger, Transfer Records, Dividend Records,along with Proxy forms in the back. This has never been used and has no writing in it, like new condition.
