Echo the Dolphin with tag errors, new with tag and tag protector

Both tags are supposed to be labeled as Echo, however this rare manufacture mistake has both the swing and tush tags labeled as Waves, which is an orca whale produced around the same time.

Swing tag also has Oakbrook spelling error, misprinted as one word.
