Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches long by 7 3/4 inches tall and is approximately 254 pages in length. Outer cover is smooth with a small tear in the back top page.  Some light scratching, scuffing, wear, paper flaking and wear throughout, especially along the exterior sides, corners and edges throughout. Areas of very light yellow/brown water/moisture staining/discoloration throughout the interior pages along the right side edge.  Notes on the front page and on a couple of pages in the book (see photos).
