I don't know what the numbers & letters mean after the 115 in the part number. The 115 is the coil voltage of 115 VDC and I believe the N922 is a special type of material and configuration of the leads with threaded contacts and a threaded base. Quantity available, only 1 sold in the auction. These were pulled out of an MRC RF Sputtering System that had to be scrapped due to contract obligations.
