Generally all goods dispatched will need to be signed for, so it is essential that there is someone in to receive the goods. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days, even if you've changed your mind. This does not apply to motorcycles where the machine has been inspected before purchase and payment.
Before return, you should advise us by e-mail, fax or telephone as soon as possible that you wish to return the goods, with the reason. please note that unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied original postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, with all relevant packaging tabs, visor films and labeling intact, adequately packed and using the original packaging if possible.
The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. In case of any claims, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be retuned to our premises, clearly marked as to the problem and the original invoice attached, We will inspection then repair replacement or refund at the management's discretion. In these circumstances we will refund return postage costs.
We can also offer a collection service by courier for larger items for a cost of £10.00- please phone if this is required.
We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we will not offer a refund for items which we have not received.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
