Right-to-Know information wall station, with Material Safety Data Sheets binder.  Both the wall station and binder are made of heavy plastic.  There is a wire basket to hold the folder, and a chain to keep the folder near the station.  Has some signs of wear, but looks to still be in good working condition.  See photos.
