SUGGESTED USE:

Makes 10-12 doughnuts*

From your pantry you will need ... 

For the doughnuts:

  • 1/2 cup milk 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the topping:

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

For doughnuts: Grease or spray doughnut pan. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pour doughnut mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup melted butter. Beat on medium speed about 30 seconds to combine. Pipe or spoon batter into doughnut pan, filling each well half full. Bake 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

For topping:

Pour topping mix into a small bowl. Melt butter in a small saucepan and cool. Remove doughnuts from pan while still warm. Gently brush each with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
