We import for the majority of items listed on our eBay Store except OEM items. When we import, there will always be one in a thousand that may not work properly, that what we called Manufacture Defect. We have a very simple policy for items that arrive in non-working condition. Simply contact us and we will replace it.

DAMAGED ITEMS 
We have a very strict quality control process. All items are inspected and/or tested before they leave our warehouse. If you think that you have receive a damaged item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return the damaged item in the original packaging to us, we will inspect and ship you a replacement item.

Warranty


All items come with a limited warranty. To place a warranty claim we ask that buyers contact us via email by clicking the "Ask a Question" link in Seller Info above. Our claims department will contact you with 1-2 business days with an RMA # & instructions on how to send the item back for warranty exchange.

Limited Warranty: Generik offers a 30 day warranty on this part. We will replace any part shown to be defective in workmanship. Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All defective parts must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement can be issued. Generik's liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part deemed to be defective. Any part which has been altered in any way, accidentally damage during installation, improperly installed, or not used for its' intended purpose, will not be warranted. Warranty does not cover towing, rental vehicles, loss of time, labor charges, or economic loss of any kind. The fuel system is a very large and comprised of many different parts. It is buyers responsibility to properly investigate and diagnose their vehicle to make sure they are purchasing the correct part. Generik requires that buyers have parts installed by a professional mechanic that can do the job correctly. Generik is not liable for misdiagnosis or improperly installed parts.Generik will allow a buyer to return items for a refund,Item must be in brand new uninstalled condition. Buyer must return the item at their expense using a trackable service. All freight charges are non-refundable and a $29.95 will be accessed and deducted from the purchase price
