This is a collection of illustrations for the smartphone game application "Mega Man X DiVE" (Mega Man X DiVE). In addition to the main illustrations, the book includes 3D models, setting drawings, pose plans, skill icons, and various other visual elements for characters from the series, including X and Zero, as well as original characters from the game, such as Rico and Aiko. This book also includes all of the collaboration characters that were not included in the "offline" version of the game.

In addition, the book also includes illustrations of boss characters and a wide variety of weapon setting drawings. The book also includes a cover illustration newly drawn by designer Keisuke Mizuno, comments and interviews with development staff, and illustrations that were in the works but not yet implemented in the game.

This book is centered on "Mega Man X" and brings together characters from the original "Mega Man" and its derivative works "Mega Man Exe" and "Mega Man Zero".
