This is a brand new Eaton Wiring AH530C7W 30-AMP Pin & Sleeve Connector. These are used in industrial environments for strong, secure IP67/IP69K rated water-tight connections on 277/480vac power lines. Rated for 5-10HP motors. This is an IEC 309 style connector.
The inner portion of the connector can be unscrewed so you can make the wire connectors. The cover has a lock on it to keep it closed when nothing is plugged in. The rear connector screws in and several bushings are included as part of the connector for a water-tight connection.
