All orders (except custom made orders) will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom made orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days after payment is cleared. the handling time is still 10 business days.

International Shipments:
International shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs. Please note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries.
We are not responsible for the amount of duty or any other related charges. For customers in USA, the USA postal service/customs charges an additional fee for all incoming international shipments, which will have to be paid by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your jewelry in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.
