Kilichi is a product made from beef jerky, grilled in strips seasoned with a spicy, nutrient-rich paste. Kilichi is prepared from thin slices of meat (rib eye and lamb) previously coated with a sauce and then dried in the sun. This sauce is made with spices and peanut paste.
