Mammoth, highly-covetable fold-out Cunard 'QE2' in original config (1969-1971) cutaway travel poster is a 16" x 32" gem for collectors of cruise ship and ocean liner memorabilia. This highly-detailed and beautifully designed art piece is a beautiful reminder of Cunard's at-launch vision to develop a globetrotting ship of state that would be a worthy successor to both prior Queens. The early period onboard QE2 is marked by easily identifiable figures from the white funnel livery to the Lookout Bar (number 16) and 736 Club and discotheque (number 17) on the legend that would be removed or renamed in the 1972 refit. An undated piece but we know this is the first era of the ship's design, and the only time in her long career of sea service where passengers would have a view out over the bow.

Printed on deluxe paper, this simple but elegant graphic guide is a testament to the quality and history of Cunard ocean liners, and its simple clean design makes it as attractive to display today as it did when it was printed more than fifty years ago. Note Cunard's pairing of their block-outline logo wordmark locked-up with QE2: hallmark of the era. A great piece of midcentury decorative print art.

This highly collectable onboard item comes in perfect condition and is an ideal size for large-scale framing: 16"w x 32"h, and comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home collection. A perfect, truly unique addition to your collection that can be proudly displayed for the next fifty years!
