These are unmarked, came from the estate if a guy that had several tool stores. They have a few years on them, but I can't tell you just how old. I suspect they pre-date any Chinese stuff, actually look quite decent. The box didn't show the cut, you'll have to tell by the pics. I was told the guy bought all his files from Simonds, these may be unmarked files from them.
