This is a Boer War FPO Cancel on Great Britain Registered Postal Stationery.  It's FPO 8, which is very rare.  It was sent locally to Ladysmith, Natal with a GB 1d stamp added.  It's dated SP 21, 00.  Less than 10 of this cancel are known, and only 1 known registered.  This one's a real treat.
