Whisk water and mix until well blended (do not over-mix). Batter should be smooth and thick and easy to spoon. Add more water as needed for desired consistency.
Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on low to medium heat. Scoop batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.
Cook until edges start to bubble, flip and cook the other side (about 2 minutes each side).

Preheat waffle iron on medium heat setting.
Whisk water and mix until well blended (do not over-mix).
Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.
Cook on medium according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
