SELLERS NOTES: Non-smoking
home. I do have a Chocolate Labrador, but she doesn’t smoke either and I don’t
allow her to use the computer or stock any items. All effort is made to
photograph correct color but items may vary slightly from pictures due to
computer screen calibrations and/or lighting. Please note that pattern
placements may vary from those pictured when purchasing items made of
cloth.

SHIPPING: I
SHIP FAST. Most orders received and paid for before 1:00 PM will
be shipped the same day; the rest is up to the postal service and the weather. PLEASE NOTE THAT “ONE DAY SHIPPING” MEANS
THAT I, THE SELLER, WILL SHIP WITHIN ONE DAY, NOT THAT USPS WILL
GET IT TO YOU IN ONE DAY.

RETURN POLICY: If you
are not delighted with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of
receiving your item. Your account will be credited as soon as I receive
the item (with tags intact, free of damage, unused, etc. you know the
drill). RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID BY THE BUYER, so please read descriptions
and ask me any questions about measurements, etc. you may have before
purchasing.
SCAMMERS:
due to the increase of people scamming sellers, all packaging, shipping and
unpacking of returns is video-taped by me for my protection and for use in any
dispute cases that may be opened.
