If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the return. We will NOT collect this or cover the cost of return.

You will need to notify our customer service team via messaging service within 7 days.

Please note we do NOT provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.

Please note refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.

Please do not discard the packaging before inspecting and installing the item to avoid inconvenience with returns or exchanges.

We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:

2) The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with

3) We have not been notified within 7 days from date you received delivery.

Under the Trusted Goods Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a sale-able condition Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note this policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We strongly recommend that you check the goods for any damages/missing parts before storage.

In the very unlikely event, you are unhappy with the service or the product received please let us know before leaving feedback. We want all our Customers to have a positive experience, so if you are unhappy, we want to know so we can fix it!

Free spare parts are offered within 7 days from the date order has been received. There is a fee if this is exceeded and this will depend on the original product received and the spare part you require.

Only manufacturing or material defects are covered by guarantee. It DOES NOT apply to normal wear and tear, serviceable parts, neglect, abuse, accidental damage, glass damage due to installation.

Please DO NOT book any plumbers/builders until you have received and checked your item.

Please note we DO NOT reimburse cost of installation/fitting. If you have installed your product and have then realized fault we will not cover or reimburse the cost of this, as we state everything must be checked over before booking in works.
