I don't think this is an actual brand but more of a novelty bottle to share your favorite spirit.  Manufactured in USA by Wheaton Glass, the bottle comes with a cork stopper.

Measures approx. 7.5" tall x 3.25" wide x 2.25" deep and holds 16 oz. of liquid.
