Any orders under $20 will be shipped using Ebay send standard envelope. This is a tracked system, powered by Ebay, to provide tracking for sports cards less than $20. Unfortunately, USPS does not always scan these at smaller locations. USPS views them as “snail mail” and they sometimes get caught up for an extra day or two. They will (most of the time) be scanned in when they reach a larger distribution center. In some instances, they will not be scanned until moments before they are put into your mailbox by your daily mail delivery driver. Rest assured, I ship daily, sometimes twice. Many customers who have bought from me have received their items safely even though the tracking did not update by Ebay’s guaranteed date. View my feedback and see I have an outstanding history of shipping & providing items quickly and safely. I understand Ebay only gives 30 days to open a case if an item is not received, however, these cases can be extremely damaging to us sellers for our performance levels. If an item you purchase gets stuck somewhere in route, or doesn’t show up by the “guaranteed date”, please message me through Ebay before opening an item not received case. You have my word (now here in writing as well) that I will initiate a full refund if the item does indeed never show up within a reasonable time frame. I am able to initiate a refund at any time, even if it is past the 30 days, however I cannot undo a refund if I am forced to do it through a case. At that point, I am now losing money, & my card(s) you have purchased, that I know will show up a week later in your mailbox 99% of the time. However if these cases keep adding up due to USPS being negligent on keeping these items moving at times, and it is something I have zero control over, I will not be able to continue selling cards at the best prices on Ebay! I can only do these promotional discounts & sell cards at these great prices if I keep my good standing! These cases for $1 cards are not worth losing my business over, and I am happy to refund you outside of a case being opened, if deemed necessary. I take pride in keeping it honest & lets enjoy the hobby together! I appreciate your understanding!
