BAC101 DPF SPRAY CLEANING SYSTEM - WORLD'S ONLY FULL SPECTRUM DPF & CAT CLEANER
Industry alert: Most DPF cleaners on the market only remove soot and carbon. None of them address ash — except BAC101. Ash is the primary reason cleaned filters re-block prematurely.
WHY OTHER PRODUCTS FAIL
A diesel particulate filter accumulates two distinct types of deposit: soot and carbon (which burns away during regeneration) and ash — the inorganic residue from engine oil additives, fuel impurities, and combustion by-products that cannot be burned away. It accumulates permanently.
Conventional DPF cleaners — sprays, flushes, and aerosols — are formulated only to break down carbonaceous deposits. They do not contain the chemistry necessary to convert ash compounds (metal oxides, metal carbonates, silicates) into soluble, removable forms. The ash remains. The filter re-blocks. The customer returns.
BAC101 is the only product on the market engineered to address both problems simultaneously — and to do so without removing the filter from the vehicle.
A TWO-PART PROFESSIONAL FORMULA
CARBON & ASH ATTACK
Advanced surfactant and acid-chemistry formula that penetrates soot matrices and simultaneously neutralises inorganic ash compounds at a molecular level. Converts insoluble metal compounds into water-soluble chloride salts ready for extraction.
RESIDUE CAPTURE
A specially formulated binding agent that emulsifies the converted residues within the oil matrix, allowing all treated deposits — including previously immovable ash — to be safely drawn out of the filter core without mechanical disturbance or structural stress.
Each of these ash compounds — entirely insoluble and immovable in their natural state — is converted by Part 1 into a water-soluble chloride salt. Part 2 then binds these salts alongside freed carbon into an emulsified suspension within the oil, which is drained safely from the system — taking the ash with it.
WHY PRESSURE MATTERS — AND WHY WE USE NONE
High-pressure chemical delivery — commonly used in machine-based DPF cleaning — forces fluid through a partially or fully blocked ceramic core under significant mechanical stress. Blocked and ash-laden cores are brittle and structurally weakened. The pressure required to force fluid through them routinely cracks the cordierite ceramic substrate and shatters the fragile silica walls between channels. The filter is often destroyed in the cleaning process — an expensive outcome for the customer, and a liability for the professional.
BAC101 is designed exclusively for gravity-fed and low-pressure chemical delivery. The formula does not require forced penetration — it dwells, migrates through capillary action, and works chemically without mechanical force. This is the only truly safe method of DPF and catalyst cleaning when the core may be blocked, cracked, or structurally compromised. Zero risk to cordierite ceramic substrates. Zero risk to silica channel walls. The filter leaves the process intact — and genuinely clean.
DEVELOPED BY A WORLD-CLASS PETROCHEMIST
Dr Hans Müller
LEAD PETROCHEMIST — BAC101 FORMULADr Müller is one of the world's foremost authorities in applied petrochemistry and lubricant science, with a career spanning decades at the leading edge of the global chemicals industry — including extensive research and development work at Shell and collaboration with the world's most respected laboratory institutions. BAC101 is the product of rigorous chemical engineering, informed by a deep understanding of both combustion chemistry and the real-world conditions inside a diesel aftertreatment system. This is not an off-the-shelf formulation. It is precision chemistry.
THE PROFESSIONAL'S CHOICE — WORLDWIDE
BAC101 is not marketed to the general consumer. It is the chosen product for independent workshops, DPF cleaning specialists, fleet maintenance operations, and commercial vehicle servicers who need a result they can guarantee. With active distribution across more than 40 countries, BAC101 has become the reference standard for professional-grade DPF and EGR cleaning chemistry.
