This is an original vintage 1940 scorecard sheet for Creighton University Bluejays NCAA basketball game vs. University of Tulsa.   This score sheet was issued as an advertising piece for the Hotel Fontenelle in Omaha, Nebraska and is a small pamphlet that folds open to about 6.25” x 6.5” with the names of the players for both teams, space to write in the scores and other information with the covers printed with advertising for the Hotel Fontenelle.   This sheet is unused.    This game against the University of Tulsa was played in the Creighton Gym on January 13, 1940.  

This score sheet is a vintage original from the 1939-1940 season with moderate wear and a bit of toning from age.  Overall condition is good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
