This is brand new however, it has sat around in a box with others for quite some time so it may have damaged cardboard or some light scratches in the metal or label and possibly a small amount of rust. Or it may have none these that apply to this particular one. I have about a hundred of these to list so this is just a generic I pinned to my clipboard and pasting on all listings of this particular item to make it easier on me.
