This includes a brand new fast SSD solid state hard drive is 2 to 5 times faster than a standard hard drive. The speed difference is pretty amazing compared to a regular hard drive. Memory has been upgraded and has a new battery and includes a power supply. These have aluminum lids which are more durable but some could have a few small dents from previous use that doesnt affect anything. Some have webcams but are sold without. You may get one with webcam or not. A webcam for about $20 on ebay can be easily added if you need it that plug in a usb port and sit on top of screen that can just connect when needed. Also note any lines on the screen in the pictures are just from my cell phone. The screens are clear and bright. Our pictures are from our models and not the exact one you will get but they will be in same condition or better
