Using NEW Poligrip Pro Guard & Retainer Anti-bacterial Daily Cleanser is easy drop one tablet into enough very warm (but not hot) water to cover your dental appliance. Let it soak for 3-5 minutes, and gently brush your dental appliance with a soft bristle toothbrush with the cleanser solution.
