All items are used and sold strictly AS IS with no warranties, expressed or implied, unless stated in description.                                                     

There are no returns unless we send you the wrong item or have put a warranty on it.

We are not the original owners of items, so have little knowledge of previous history.

We have only run very basic testing, if any at all, so refer to description for details of what we have checked. We are not experts concerning anything we sell, but will gladly try to run further tests, with your expert instructions, if possible.  

Please know what you are bidding on. Look over pictures, and ask questions. 

 

Most items are for sale at our warehouse, so we reserve the right to cancel auctions at anytime, to sell locally. We will not cancel once a bid has been placed.


Payment:

Payment is expected within 2 days of invoice unless you are doing local pick-up or discuss with us otherwise.

WE accept Pay-Pal or  (By agreement only, Fees applies).  Payment in FULL must be received within 48 hours of final sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We prefer local pickup so you can see item operating. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost (packaging/ palliating).  Please contact us for a shipping and handling  quote before bidding/buying and include the following information:

Is your address Commercial or Residential?

Do you require a Lift gate or do you have a dock/forklift?

We Ship in United States.  We don?t ship to P.O. boxes. . We ship Business to Business, Tailgate to Tailgate. ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all deliveries, therefore, someone must be available during business hours to sign for a delivery.

SHIPPING TIME: Most items will ship within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment. Upon notification of payment cleared (usually 4-6 business days).

 

INSURANCE: All USPS & UPS shipments will require insurance and Delivery Confirmation.


DAMAGE: Should your purchase arrive damaged, you must save the box and all packing material and contact us immediately (48 hours) so we can begin the claim.

RETURNS: Buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than if Item is not as Described.

The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping.

We cannot accept returns after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.
