Upon receipt of the product, ClutchAmerica™ will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. All warranty-claiming products for inspection or repair must be sent prepaid, insured and properly packaged. All freight charges (inbound and outbound) for returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
