Dynamic temperature control (DTS): after a short heating-up period, the temperature is kept constant. As a result, the welding times are shorter and there is less wear (heating strip and Te on insulation).

workflow

In the initial position, the tongs are closed by spring force. The film is inserted into the large opening between the sealing rails and the sealing tongs are closed again. The pliers can now be adjusted until the correct position is found. The welding impulse is triggered via a switch on the tongs, the welding time is set on the impulse generator. When the welding time has elapsed, the LED on the tongs goes out and the switch is released. Of course, the welding can be interrupted at any time by releasing the switch.
