These are a vintage pair of size small girls leggings made in the USA.  They are in excellent condition with tags.  This garment is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.  The general measurements of the elastic waist is 20 with a 21 in inseam.  please see pictures for condition and measurements.  Thanks for looking
