Napoleone Giovanni Fiumi ( London , 1898 - Trieste , 1948 ) was an Italian painter. Coming from a Genoese family, he was essentially self-taught, although he frequented the studio of Gwelo Goodman in London and that of Vanni Rossi in Italy . His rich exhibition career touched the Brera Biennials, the Venetian Biennials , the Permanente exhibitions, the Parisian Salon of 1929 and, again in the French capital, the Universal Exhibition of 1937. He ordered solo exhibitions at the Pesaro Gallery. He was also active as correspondent in Italy for The Studio magazine .
