New Uni-Filter, NU-4096ST Uni Filter Air Filter.

For use in UForce 1000 and UForce 1000 XL as a PRE-FILTER. Install in place of the square intake right side (fine Screen ) Does not replace the stock air filter. Actually running two air filters for dusty conditions.    


This pre-filter is a MUST for dirt and gravel roads!!! This will filter out sand and dirt sparing your main intake filter (NOT to be used in place of the main intake filter).  We've used this product in our shop and on our personal UForce XL1000.  

Easy to mount in place of the intake screen at the rear of the cab by tilting the bed.  Remove the factory screen.  Then, remove the three (3) phillips head screws and loosen the clamps of the screen housing.  Place your new Uni Filter (for best filtration spray with foam filter oil on the outside surface prior to use) and tighten metal clamp (make sure inner diameter of clamp is free of oil).  For further, refer to photos.  Comes with a metal clamp and wire cage, wrapped in two-stage foam filter material.  Just wash in hot soapy water.  Re-oil to use again and again.

Uni-Filter two-stage design provides maximum airflow and superior filtration abilities. Two-stage design allows UTVs to go longer before service is required. The coarse outer layer stops the larger particles and the fine pore inner layer gives the ultimate engine protection.
