Vintage Shelton-Ware NYC Embossed Round Lazy Susan Rotating Tray Silver-tone. Incomplete!!

I acquired this in a box of stuff from an estate sale. In researching it is supposed to have some glass trays on top & I do NOT have them. You can see where they used to sit also - see photos. Needs TLC but still very pretty.
