This is basically a folded over, glossy cardboard card with pictures of characters from Kroll Show inside. The character sheet is actually a separate piece of thin paper tucked into the card in some exposed pockets/corners.

The card is approximately magazine sized and is being stored in a mylar bag with a board.

Not really sure how best to describe what this thing is, I've never seen one before or since.

Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
