All of my machine washable items are laundered prior to photographing. Unless otherwise noted, I leave dry cleaning to the buyer. In these times of increased health concerns, I have instututed a policy of disinfecting my work surfaces before every work session, and wearing nitrile gloves while handling the merchandise. Stay healthy!

RETURNS

I offer a refund of the purchase price for returns sent within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, meaning you haven’t washed it, altered it, or removed any tags. -- I run a small operation, and cannot offer free shipping for your returns, and I ask that you check the measurements carefully prior to purchase, in order to prevent returns due to fit. -- I make every effort to check each of my items for flaws or damage, however it is possible to miss things. If your item arrives with a different condition from that described above, please contact me, and I will work with you to find a solution.

SHIPPING

Your item will be packaged, stamped, and submitted to the U.S. post office within one business day of payment verification. I am not able to delay shipment, so if you will be out of town when your item arrives, please have the post office hold your mail, or make other arrangements. I reserve the right to require signature confirmation for items over $200. Please refer to the shipping tab above for shipping services and rates. For multiple items purchased within one 24-hour period, combined shipping arrangements can be made. Please notify me prior to paying so that I may prepare a combined invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CONDITION RATINGS

Items that are new with tags may have minor flaws due to shop wear, and consequently may not be “mint”. I use the following scale to rate the condition of my items, whether they are new or previously owned. -- MINT:Never washed or worn. No flaws. -- DISPLAY QUALITY: Never washed or worn, but with evidence of handling, e.g. a marred tag or wrinkles from storage that require attention. -- LIKE NEW: Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn; no flaws -- EXCELLENT: Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws -- VERY GOOD: Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws -- GOOD: Previously worn with minor visible flaw(s), and/or significant wash wear/fade -- FAIR: Previously worn with significant visible flaw(s), and/or heavy wash wear/fade -- POOR: Not wearable, has severe flaws/damage, but with desirable useable element(s)
