This is a jumbo-sized surgical kit with full-sized instruments.  Made in Germany.  My best guess is that it is from the early 1900s.  

The case is fully intact (which is rare for these kits).  There is some wear to the case and minor wear to the instruments.   Take a look at the pictures - they are a part of the description.  

This would be a terrific addition to your collection!

You won't find a kit this large very often.  It is really exceptional!
