We are not be responsible for delays or non delivery by postal or courier services so long as we have dispatched fully paid orders within the stated working times, and hold a certificate of posting or proof of shipment.
In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the Courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is usually left by the courier. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery this will incur a delivery charge to you plus our admin charge of £2 to cover the cost of return and redelivery.

Return policy details

2. All items should be returned in the same condition and packaging, if anything is missing refund will not be given. 
3. You will be responsible for the postage and packaging and in case if it has been lost in post you will need to contact mail service as original sender.
