Guaranteed Authenticity: All our items are guaranteed authentic. All brand items are 100% authentic and as described. All our jewelry is gold, silver, or otherwise stated with the purity described. 

Expert Adjustments and Sizing Available:  Expert watchmakers and jewelers are available on premises. Any ring that you like but is the wrong size, can be sized to fit you. ½ size changes are FREE. Larger sizing is $10 per unit change. Customization can most likely be accommodated. Please contact us to inquire about this service and the cost. 

Short Handling Time: All stock items are shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Custom-made items are shipped within 5 business days. 

Lifetime Jewelry Warranty: Our jewelry is 100% guaranteed for life. The buyer is welcome to send their jewelry back for repairs due to any circumstance. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility and back. We will perform all repairs free of labor charges. Buyer will be invoiced for needed parts plus shipping. Estimates will be provided before work is begun. 

Return Policy: Returns accepted up to 30 days after purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will provide you with a prepaid label, the cost of which will be subtracted from your refund. Buyers are also responsible for the original shipping charge, which will not be refunded.
