This is a new from package Ball Screw.  Lead is 5mm.  Diameter is 20mm.  Full travel is 135mm.  Nut body is 40mm diameter.  Drive end is 10mm dia. The overall length is 350mm.

The bearing journals need 15mm bearings.  These should be duplex bearings with no axial backlash.  This ball screw is a perfect Z-axis screw or top stage screw for a 3-D printer.
