After 4 days from the date of sale and in the absence of payment or any communications by the customer, automatic dispute will be open for "unpaid object" and the buyer reported to the eBay system as a non -paying user.

  Please note that, pursuant to articles 6 and 22 of Presidential Decree 633/72,
  The invoice to replace the tax receipt, must be requested by the customer "immediately after the order, sending an email with all the necessary data".

  Right of withdrawal:

  The right of withdrawal gives the Customer the right to withdraw the purchase contract no later than 14 days from the receipt of the object in agreement with Legislative Decree 222.5.1999 n. 185.

  The return to the seller of the goods takes place only and only in which the object has not been used, in Integra and complete packs of all its parts.

  In the event that the goods are damaged, tampered with the package or the package is empty, partially or totally, the refund or the replacement cannot be applied, so you pray to the kind customers to carefully pack the goods to be sent to the company.

  Please note that the expenses of shipments and those of return are borne by the buyer therefore not refundable, the total sum only of the goods will be reimbursed.
  
  

  Replacement:

  The goods will be replaced (or refund) completely at my expense only in case of incorrect sending of the object and only after having ascertained that the returned object has not undergone damages that prevent the remittance for sale.
  The request must be received within 14 days of receiving the package.
