VAT Invoices

 

We are a VAT registered business and supply VAT invoices electronically once requested via eBay messaging. Your request will not be fulfilled if an eBay note is left during checkout.

Due to the way our products are fulfilled and to protect the environment, we have opted not to supply paper invoices.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Items with payment received by 08:30am of the working day will be shipped out on the same day by Royal Mail OR other established courier service depending on the size and weight of the order.

 

If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving any feedback.

 

Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund (including P&P) upon receipt of the returned within 30 days after item received.
