Auction payment methods  :
Payment should be received within five days from purchase (s). We accept payment by Paypal.

Shipping & Insurance Information :

We ship purchase Mondays through Friday ( outside french holidays ) paid items will be shipped on the first shipping day after payment is received.

After registration of your order and confirmation of your payment, your order is prepared and packaged with the utmost care to ensure you receive the items in perfect condition.

Tranquility : For your shipments, we use priority package express international. Your package will be insured for the total value of your purchase (s). You get insurance "Ad Valorem" up to 1000 € or the"Declared Value" which can cover your shipment up to 5000 €. This option is not available for all locations, and the amount of maximum Declared Value may vary. Your order may therefore necessitated several packages.

Shipping time : Your package will be delivered within 4-10 business days indicative, depending on the destination.

Trust : The distribution package is against recipient's signature. In absence of a notice of pending is left in mailbox of the recipient. It shows the details of the post office where the package removed.

Traceability : Tracking numbers (French and international) of your package will be sent to you by email to track your package online on the site of the French postal service as well as on the site of the postal service of your country.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Return Policy & Handling time : Item must be returned following the procedure will be indicated upon receipt of your message. We will gladly refund your payment, less shipping costs.
