Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all Qychex Store Products, unless otherwise stated. Never any hidden shipping cost or handling cost fees.
Shipping Restrictions: Qychex only ships within the Continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Porto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
We ship from various fulfillment centers nationwide. The sipping we use is either: FedEx, UPS, USPS, or a Private Delivery Service, at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
We strive to process all orders immediately and in a timely manner. If for any reason you'd like to cancel an order after payment is confirmed, we will try our best to cancel orders but cannot guarantee it. Once orders are processed they are automatically shipped out or processed through one of our fulfillment centers. Therefore, cancellations may not always be possible.
Return Purchase Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all items returned for a refund:
30 Day Return Policy Period: After the 30 Day Period, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to us. We will pay to ship the item replacement back to you. All returns need to have a note included with the buyer's information and reason for return or exchange.
A. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item and want to exchange it, there is no restocking fee. Please email us immediately within 14 business days, and we will exchange the item for a new replacement, after our technician's inspect the item. B. Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply:
1. To any product damaged by accident.
2. In the event of misuse or abuse of the product or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs.
3. If the owner of the product resides outside the U.S.A.
C. Refunds: No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used. These items can only be exchanged. Anything being returned must include all original parts sent or fees will apply.
