The 6ft Next Level was intentionally created for use in low to mid to hi-top shoes of any style. Use them to gain an over one inch boost in height.
Do not use 6ft Club’s height inserts during exercise as they may exacerbate injuries when falling. Our insoles are strictly intended for casual wear, such as walking.
STEP 1: Select shoes with enough room to accommodate the insole and your foot.
STEP 2: Loosen laces starting from the top of the shoe and working your way down to the toe. The more you loosen your laces, the more room you create for your foot, and the greater chance of success you have using this product.
STEP 3: Trim the insole to size using the scored lines on the back (if needed). To get the best fit, we recommend removing the factory insole from your shoes and using it as a reference to cut the height lift to size.
STEP 4: Choose the ideal number of layers for the shoe you wish to use, and slide the insole in, ensuring the layers are appropriately locked using the slide-locks.
STEP 5: Slip your foot into the shoe, tie the laces, and feel the difference in perspective. Please note if you have any trouble walking with all three layers, we recommend starting with just the first-layer insole and gradually adding more height as you adjust. This can help prevent potential foot and back fatigue caused by walking with a sudden difference in elevation.
