Two original military ponchos from Opole, made of densely woven, extremely durable natural canvas. Size III is designed for soldiers between 180 and 190 cm tall. Two of these ponchos can be used to pitch a two-person lavu/teepee tent. Sleeping in a tent made of natural canvas is an unforgettable experience in harmony with nature. The canvas is completely free of synthetic materials. These ponchos are no longer manufactured, and this particular pair comes from a Polish military warehouse – in perfect condition, you won't find them anywhere else, as stocks have long since been depleted. Only the tent made of this canvas is suitable for use with a wood-burning stove, but the stove and chimney are not included. Don't be fooled by cheap Chinese tents with chimneys in the photos – they are not suitable for this purpose. A single spark in polyethylene tents can cause a fire or a fire. Moreover, they are made of thin plastic, the frame bends, is susceptible to damage, and are practically disposable. The two ponchos in this offer are brand new, unused. Lavvu Poncho, Color: Dark Green/Khaki/Olive These two Lavvu ponchos can be used to build a tipi tent with a diameter of approximately 2.6 meters and a height of approximately 1.5 meters – the tent size depends on the configuration. The poncho is made of thick, densely woven, factory-impregnated canvas. The moisture barrier is created by impregnating the canvas with solutions of resin, melted wax, and other natural ingredients – completely without the use of chemicals. This process strengthens the material and protects it from harmful factors such as moisture, mold, insects, fire, etc. The moisture barrier leaves no visible residue and is odorless. The canvas tents are exceptionally fire-resistant, making them ideal for heating with a wood-burning stove. The outer layer of the poncho is waterproof and prevents moisture from penetrating. The tent, consisting of two Lavvu canvas ponchos, dries even in light rain. Another advantage is its high wind resistance. The stove, chimney, and exhaust system are not included.
