TERMS:
1. We ship to eBay confirmed addresses only. Please make sure the address listed on your account is the correct shipping address prior to completing your order.
2. We take no responsibility for wrong address listings, customs inspections, or import / customs tax charges.
3. This listing allows for free 30-day returns for defective items. Please issue a return request within 30 days of receipt of item to be eligible for return approval. Any requests made after the allotted 30 day return window will not be accepted under any circumstances. Upon receipt of approved return, we will inspect the item for user damages and defective claims. If item is undamaged and confirmed to be defective a full refund will be issued. Any returned items received in damaged condition or false defective claims will be subject to reduced or no refund.
4. All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are in working order and all package contents are included unless item is wrapped in plastic plastic and/or sealed packaging from manufacturer. If buyer does not want item to be tested and inspected for functionality please inform us via message after completing the purchase and item will not be inspected. However, we will not be held responsible nor approve return requests due to damaged or defective claims for uninspected items.
5. All return requests due to non-seller mistakes will be subject to reduced refund, if approved, with buyer responsible for return shipping costs. Returns / refunds will not be approved for mistake / remorse purchases. We reserve the right to withhold up to 30% restocking fee due to buyer negligence.
6. Free shipping applies only to those orders located within the 48 contiguous United States. Any orders to be shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally may be subject to additional shipping charges to be paid for by buyer. Please confirm international shipping charges prior to completing order.
7. It is buyers responsibility to confirm customs rates, laws, and inspection requirements prior to completing order. International buyers are advised to check customs requirements for their respective country to confirm import tax, duties, customs fees, carrier fees, inspection timeframes, etc. prior to completing any order. We do not accept responsibility for any issues due to customs.
If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returned back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer may get partial refund).
If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.
