Notification, giving details, of short delivery or damage must be made to DTS within 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

Notification must be made within 7 days of the invoice if goods have not been delivered in time.  Notification must be confirmed in writing, quoting the invoice number. 

No claims will be entertained by DTS unless these conditions are adhered to.

Returns are accepted if goods are unused. This can be organised by us but at buyers additional cost.

If item is damaged we can offer a refund or replacement (refund will be items value). 
If item has cosmetic damage and still usable we can offer a percentage refund.
