Waterproof & absorbent top. Smooth, soft & absorbent terry fabric (80% cotton 20% polyester blend) with 0.02mm breathable waterproof membrane underneath. The waterproof membrane allows circulation of air but stops moisture from reaching the mattress. Protects your mattress from perspiration, urine, blood, oil from skin & makeup, accidental spills, nursing leaks and helps protect warranty of your mattress. The cost of this protector is inconsequential compared to the cost of replacement of your mattress. Terry cloth helps soak up the liquids. Does not change the feel of your mattress or the comfort of your bed. Does not feel slippery if used with a fitted sheet. Terry top prevents the sheets from sliding around.
